Please submit the inquiry form location under “BOOK NOW” links on our website. Our team will respond with date availability and proposal within 24 hours Monday-Friday. If you do not hear back from us during this time please check your spam folder or send us an email to jjbouncycastlehire@gmail.com Once your event needs and details are confirmed, a secure link + £25 deposit upfront must be paid to secure the date. Due to high demand we cannot hold dates without payment. WE DONT HIRE EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE FROM OCTOBER TO MARCH, please book a hall should you need to hire during these months
YES! we require a £25 deposit upfront payable online The remainder to be paid on the day before setup.
Our equipment needs to be setup in a flat leveled surface . We only allow setups to go on turf, grass, grass, or indoor flooring.
No rocks or gravel.
Please make sure to clear area of any debris, animal waste and toys. Identify where your closest outlet is and know where your sprinkler heads and irrigation systems are located. This will help our setup process go quickly and get you jumping in no time!
If our equipment is damaged a cleaning or repair fee may be applied. Please follow our rules and take care of our equipment to avoid this!
We service all of Guildford and surrounding Area & We can travel to other parts All hires are subject to a travel & installation fee, determined by your event location and logistical needs.
The delivery fee depends on the location of your event. Once you fill out our inquiry form with the address of the venue, we will let you know the total cost with the delivery fee.
Most of our bouncy castle are 12ft x 12ft. And a custom made to fit all UK standard garden We recommend 13.5ft x 13.5ft of space to give our blower enough room. And 10ft Height
We bring with us: Your bouncy castle, a blower, mats, electrical cord, our cover floor and our rules board. Please make sure your location has an electrical outlet near by
If your event is outdoors we will not setup in rainy or weather (wind storms, snow, hail, floods etc). We highly recommend having a backup indoor location planned.
We will work with you leading up to your event and day of to find a solution. Should you need to reschedule, your payment will be applied towards a new date
Our team thoroughly disinfects & sanitizes every bouncy castle and play piece before and after each event. Bouncy by JJ especially, undergo a duel-cleaning process that includes a run through our industrial ball-washing machine before being individually hand inspected.
We recommend to book us the soonest as possible. Especially if you have a certain bouncy castle in mind. We try our best to accommodate last minute bookings, however, a rush fee may apply if the event is in less than 72 hours.
Yes! We love it when our clients request balloon decorations or custom decals for their event.
YES, Of course! Our Public Liability Insurance covers covers for faulty equipment. If supervised by yourselves Please make sure you have you own insurance against any accidents as this is always your own responsibility. If Bouncy by JJ Entertainments are supervising the equipment for you we have full accident insurance as well.
Things don’t always go accordingly to plan, we get that.
Should you need to cancel your event we will work with you to reschedule for another date within one year of the original booking. Your non-refundable deposit will be applied to new date.
